International Orders

We ship all over the UK and the world! We have sent tiles off to the Orkney Islands, the Republic of Ireland, the US/Canada and the Middle East. We can liaise over email to finalise your design and make sure measurements are correct, and once you're happy we can provide you with a quote for the tiles and the shipping costs. Please note you may have to pay import duties and taxes once the tiles arrive to your country - we cannot provide a quote for or handle these on your behalf.

All orders shipped internationally are packed very well. Once the order is assembled, we build a wooden crate out of thick plywood and pack the order tightly inside. This method ensures that the tiles get to you in perfect condition and all the order remains together, and intact.

We use a shipping agent here in the UK and orders are usually delivered via UPS, FedEx or DHL. We normally use air freight as it is much quicker, the last few orders we have sent to North America have arrived to the customer within 5 working days. Cost of shipping depends on size and weight of order.
