Samples and Colours

You are welcome to borrow samples from our showroom in Derby. We are also happy to send samples by post if you want to confirm colours before ordering. This may incur a charge depending on location and the quantity of tile samples you request. Our samples are full tiles sourced from the factory so sending lots of tiles across the UK for the purposes of browsing would be unsustainable.

Please note: we do require the samples back. These tiles do cost us money and we will contact anyone who doesn't return them in a week or so to get them back unless it has been discussed beforehand that you can keep them. If you would like to borrow specific tile shapes/sizes or borrow tiles for a long time, you may buy as many as you need and take them from stock.

What colours can I have in my design?

Most tile shapes are available in most colours, but not all. In many cases, we can tweak the design so that you can still incorporate your desired colours but in a different way. In some cases it is not possible to have your chosen design in your desired colours - if this is the case we will work with you to come up with something that you like and that works.

Some colours cost more than others so in the early stages of getting a quote, such as with our Quick Quote calculator, we encourage you to come up with a design you like and brainstorm colours. However, do not worry too much if you have not decided as we can easily tweak the colours when it comes to giving you an accurate price and finalising your order. We are more than happy to give you a rough price and discuss these tiles even if you aren't sure what colours you want yet.
